在实现“双碳”目标的过程中,“绿色制造”理念成为制造业可持续发展的新潮流。金属板/型材在国民经济中具有关键作用,其短流程制造技术作为现代材料加工领域的关键创新方向,正逐渐成为实现绿色制造的重要途径。目前,短流程制造技术主要包括连铸连轧、连续铸轧、连续挤压和连续铸挤等。连铸连轧技术已广泛应用于黑色金属及有色金属的板材、线材和窄带材的生产中。连续铸轧技术主要应用在钢铁材料的薄板生产方面,而有色金属的连续铸轧技术仍然处于实验室阶段。连续挤压技术主要用于铝和铜扁线的生产。连续铸挤技术作为一种集铸造和挤压技术于一体的成形工艺,在低熔点有色金属中的应用仍处在实验室开发阶段。因此,本文概括了金属板/型材的短流程制造技术的发展现状及其应用于工业生产的历史与现状,并基于现代科技发展趋势,对其未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为金属板/型材短流程制造技术的相关研究提供有价值的参考。 |

In the process of achieving the “dual carbon” goal, the concept of “green manufacturing” has become a new trend for sustainable development in the manufacturing industry. Metal plates/shapes play a crucial role in the national economy, and their short process manufacturing technologies, as a key innovation direction in modern material processing, are gradually becoming important ways to achieve green manufacturing. At present, short process manufacturing technologies mainly include continuous casting and rolling, continuous casting rolling, continuous extrusion, and continuous casting and extrusion. The continuous casting and rolling technology has been widely used in the production of sheets, wires, and narrow strips of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The continuous casting rolling technology is mainly applied in the production of thin plates of steel materials, while the continuous casting rolling technology of non-ferrous metals is still in the laboratory stage. The continuous extrusion technology is mainly used for the production of aluminum and copper flat wires. As a forming process integrating casting and extrusion technologies, the application of the continuous casting and extrusion technology in low melting point nonferrous metals is still in the laboratory development stage. Therefore, this article summarizes the history and current status of short process manufacturing technologies for metal plates/shapes and their application in industrial production, and based on the development trend of modern technology, looks forward to their future development trend, so as to provide valuable references for the related research of short process manufacturing technologies for metal plates/shapes. |
