目的 研究液压支架部件(底座)焊接后,Q690D钢板母材厚度约1/2处出现分层开裂的根本原因,确认是原材料自身的缺陷还是生产过程中工艺方法存在的缺陷,研究焊接后Q690D钢板母材T/2(T为板材厚度)处开裂的机理,找到产生此类缺陷的根源。方法 在疑似开裂处取样(冷加工铣削,不影响已有缺陷),对试样进行编号,制作各类检测样品,分析不同试样不同位置的金相组织、硬度数值、化学成分、断口形貌、断口处化学成分,确认是否为分层开裂缺陷,并进一步多角度对比各项检测数据,确定缺陷类型及缺陷形成的根本原因。结果 综合判断检测数值,确定原材料在轧制过程中存在一定程度的内部成分偏析为母材开裂的根本原因,火焰热切割及焊接后的热应力为潜在的微裂纹尖端萌生提供了外部条件,促使偏析带的脆硬层发生局部的开裂并进一步扩展形成裂纹。结论 原钢板母材中存在一定程度的A类、B类、D类夹杂物,聚集在T/2处形成“脆性夹层”,在热切割及焊接热输入(产生的内应力)作用下萌生裂纹并扩展开裂。 |

The work aims toanalyze the cause of delaminating cracks at the 1/2 thickness of Q690D steel plate after the welding of the hydraulic roof support component (base), determine whether the defects come from the raw material or the production processing method, research on the mechanism of cracking at T/2 (T=thickness) of the Q690D steel plate after welding, and find the root cause of such defects. Through the suspected cracking sampling (cold processing milling, non-affect the existing defects), the samples were numbered and made into all kinds of test samples to analyze metallographic structure, hardness, chemical composition, fracture morphology and chemical composition of the different samples on different locations, to confirm the delaminating defects, and further compare the data, and determine the type of defects and the root cause of defects. From the detection data comprehensive judgment, it was determined that the raw materials in the rolling process existed some internal composition segregation as the root cause of the delaminating cracks, the internal thermal stress after the flame thermal cutting and welding was the potential micro crack tip initiation which provided external conditions, prompting the brittle hard zone of local cracking and further extended cracks.There are some class A, class B and class D inclusion in the raw steel plate material, which gather at T/2 to form a “brittle sandwich”, and crack expanding under the action of thermal input (internal thermal stress) after flame thermal cutting and welding. |
