      目的 提升钛合金异型环轧制时的填充效果,提高成形精度,确定轧制型腔对环件成形质量的影响。方法 以TC4合金斜I型截面环件为研究对象,设计了开式与闭式2种轧制型腔,对该环件的轧制过程进行了研究。建立了斜I型截面环件的有限元模型,基于有限元模拟结果全面分析了不同轧制型腔对环件等效应变、温度分布以及型腔填充效果的影响规律。结果 与开式型腔相比,闭式型腔轧制的环件具有更优的等效应变和温度分布,型腔填充情况也明显更优,填充率在96%以上,进而确定了闭式型腔的轧制方式。采用设计的闭式型腔进行了环件轧制试验,试验环件尺寸与模拟结果吻合良好,误差在0.3%以内,同时组织性能均能够满足生产要求。结论 选择闭式型腔轧制可以有效提升钛合金异型环轧制时的填充效果,提高成形精度,提升环件成形质量。

      The work aims to improve the filling effect of titanium alloy special-shaped ring rolling, improve the forming accuracy, and determine the influence of rolling cavity on the forming quality of the ring. With TC4 alloy oblique I-shaped section ring as the research object, two kinds of rolling cavities, open and closed, were designed to study the rolling process of the ring. A finite element model of the ring with oblique I-shaped section was established, and the influence of different rolling cavities on the equivalent strain, temperature distribution and cavity filling effect of the ring was comprehensively analyzed based on the simulation results. It was found that the closed-cavity rolled ring had better equivalent strain and temperature distribution, and the cavity filling situation was also significantly better than the open-cavity rolling with the filling rate above 96%, which in turn determined the closed-cavity rolling method. Finally, the designed closed cavity rolling test was carried out, the test ring size and simulation results matched well, the error was within 0.3%, while the organization and performance could meet the production requirements. Selecting closed-cavity rolling can effectively improve the filling effect, improve the forming precision and improve the forming quality of titanium alloy special-shaped ring.
