      简要介绍了单点渐进成形技术的发展及成形机理,结合国内外研究学者基于不同工艺参数和基材所得制件的表面质量进行了相关分析及归纳总结。制件的表面质量用表面粗糙度进行衡量。研究表明,随着刀具直径的增大,制件表面粗糙度减小;随着层间下压量和初始板材厚度的增大,制件表面质量变差;摩擦润滑条件对制件表面质量也有很大影响,应适当减小摩擦以减小表面粗糙度,并且对于不同的板材应选择合适的润滑油以提高表面质量;进给速度对制件表面质量的影响并无统一规律,但适当选用较低的进给速度能有效保证制件的表面质量。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to briefly introduce the development and forming mechanism of single point incremental forming technology and analyze and summarize the surface quality of parts obtained by domestic and foreign researchers based on different process parameters and substrates. The surface quality of parts was characterized by surface roughness. According to the research results, the surface roughness decreased with the increase of tool diameter. With the increase of the step down and the initial sheet thickness, the surface quality of parts became worse. Friction lubrication also dramatically impacted the surface quality of parts. Friction should be appropriately reduced to reduce the surface roughness, and different sheets should be lubricated by appropriate lubricating oil to improve the surface quality. The feed rate did not have a uniform law for the surface quality of parts, but the appropriate selection of the lower feed rate could effectively ensure the surface quality of parts.
