      金属材料的旋压成形具有材料利用率高、近终成形、适用范围广等优点,在薄壁回转体类构件成形领域有广泛应用。当前在先进制造技术快速发展的背景下,工业领域对旋压零件的成形质量要求日益增加。为改进旋压零件质量、提高生产效率、降低制造成本,以金属旋压成形质量控制为主要研究对象,首先给出了旋压过程控制原理,并分类阐述了普通旋压和强力旋压的基本特点。在此基础上,分析总结了普通旋压和强力旋压过程中的常见缺陷及控制方法,主要包括起皱、破裂、底部隆起、橘皮、压痕、回弹。通过采用较小合理的减薄率和适中的芯模转速进行工艺优化,制造出了高质量的5A06铝合金旋压零件,长度为900 mm,内径为165 mm,壁厚为2 mm,表面粗糙度Ra达到6.3 μm。
英文摘要:
      The spinning forming of metal materials has the advantages of high material utilization rate, net shaping and wide application. It has been widely used in forming of thin-wall rotary components. Based on the rapid development of advanced manufacturing, the requirements on forming quality of spinning are increasing. To improve the quality of spinning parts, improve the production efficiency and reduce the manufacturing cost, this paper took the quality control of metal spinning as the main research object. Firstly, the control principle of spinning was given. And the basic characteristics of ordinary spinning and strong spinning were classified. On this basis, the common defects and control methods in spinning processes were analyzed and summarized, including wrinkling, cracking, bottom uplift, orange peel, indentation and springback. Based on process optimization with a small and reasonable rate of thinning and a moderate speed of core die, a high-quality spinning 5A06 alloy part was fabricated. Its main sizes are 900 mm in length, 165 mm in inner diameter, 2 mm in thickness. Its surface roughness Ra is 6.3 μm.
