      目的 为了获得较好的铝铜异种材料搅拌摩擦焊焊缝,研究旋转速度与焊接速度对焊缝成形的影响规律。方法 采用对接的方式对4 mm厚的纯铝和紫铜进行搅拌摩擦焊,对比了不同旋转速度和焊接速度对铝铜异种金属焊缝表面的影响,并对焊缝内部成形变化进行了分析。结果 旋转速度和焊接速度对焊缝的成形影响较大,当旋转速度为1200 r/min,焊接速度为10 mm/min时,焊缝表面成形美观,焊缝表面相对较为光滑,焊缝内部存在相互交叠的片层结构和漩涡状结构,焊缝内部未见明显缺陷;与旋转速度1200 r/min,焊接速度10 mm/min相比,在焊接旋转速度减小或者焊接速度变大时,由于焊接热输入减小,造成焊缝表面出现沟槽、孔洞等焊接缺陷,同时搅拌针的旋转搅拌作用影响焊缝成形和焊缝内部缺陷的产生。结论 选择合适的旋转速度和焊接速度能够获得宏观成形较好和内部缺陷较少的焊缝。

      The paper aims to study the forming law of friction stir welding head of aluminum and copper by rotating speed and welding speed to obtain good FSW weld of aluminum and copper dissimilar materials. The butt friction stir welding of pure aluminum and red copper with thickness of 4 mm was carried out. The effects of different rotating speed and welding speed on the weld surface of aluminum and copper dissimilar metal were compared and the forming changes in the weld were analyzed. The experimental result showed that the rotating speed and welding speed had a great influence on the weld forming. When the rotating speed was 1200 r/min and the welding speed was 10 mm/min, the surface of the weld was beautiful and relatively smooth. There were overlapping laminar structures and whirlpool structures inside the weld, and no obvious defect was found inside the weld. Compared with rotating speed of 1200 r/min and welding speed of 10 mm/min, when the welding rotation speed decreased or the welding speed increased, welding defects such as groove holes appeared on the weld surface due to the decrease of welding heat input. Meanwhile, the rotating and stirring effect of the stirring needle affected the weld forming and the generation of internal defects of the weld. It shows that the weld with good macroscopic shape and few internal defects can be obtained by selecting appropriate rotation speed and welding speed.
