3D打印以其施工高效、节约资源等优势,在建筑方面有广阔的发展前景。针对3D打印建设月球基地的问题,介绍了3D打印建筑、月壤材料研究及模拟月壤制备、月球基地建设环境问题和外太空3D打印等4方面内容,总结了月球土壤的基本性能和利用地球资源研制的几种模拟月壤,并梳理了零重力环境下的3D打印实验方案和月球基地的设计蓝图,最后提出了3种月壤混凝土材料的制备方案,并对月球基地的3D打印研究计划进行了展望。 |

3D printing has broad development prospects in construction applications due to its high efficiency and resource saving. In view of the problem of building a lunar base for 3D printing, this paper introduced contents of 3D printing architecture, lunar regolith material research and lunar regolith simulant preparation, environmental problems of lunar base construction and outer space 3D printing. Basic properties of the lunar regolith and several kinds of lunar regolith simulant developed with earth resources were summarized, and the experimental scheme of 3D printing and the design blueprint of the lunar base in the zero-gravity environment were combed. Finally, three preparation schemes of lunar regolith concrete materials were proposed, and the 3D printing research plan of the lunar base was prospected. |
