目的 研究激光切割各参数之间的关系,提高激光切割的质量和效率。方法 选取1.0~3.0 mm厚度的热成形零件进行激光切割试验,分别选切块、切孔和切边进行分析。结果 随着料厚的增加,激光切割的焦点、功率、喷嘴距离等参数数值需增大,气压速度等参数数值需减小。结论 通过对不同厚度的热成形零件进行试验,总结出不同板厚热成形零件合适的激光切割工艺参数,得到了不同厚度热成形零件激光切割的最优组合参数设置方案。 |

The paper aims to study the relationship among parameters of laser cutting and improve the quality and efficiency of laser cutting. Hot-formed parts with thickness of 1.0~3.0 mm were selected for laser cutting test. Cutting blocks, holes and edges were selected for analysis. With the increase of material thickness, parameters such as focus, power and nozzle distance of laser cutting needed to be increased, and parameters such as air pressure and speeded need to be decreased. The laser cutting parameters of different thickness hot-formed parts were summarized through experiments. The optimal parameter setting scheme for laser cutting of different thickness hot-formed parts can be set up by experiments. |
