      目的 设计出快速高效的船舶模型管理方法。方法 对船舶集成设计系统的体系结构进行分析,分别对CAD三维建模设计系统、CAE有限元计算分析系统以及新增的规范计算系统Structure Design Program(SDP)内部模型的内容整理分类,将模型中数据按照板架类、非板架类结构以及舱室结构分别进行管理,研究出适用于装配型与非装配型模型的管理方法。结论 系统间采用基于拷贝的模型数据转换方法,提高了模型转换效率、模型重用能力以及计算结果反馈建模修正速度,保证了模型数据的完整性,缩短了船舶规范建模周期,极大增强了船舶产业的核心竞争力。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to design a fast and efficient model management method of ship. The system architecture of the ship integrated design system which contained CAD 3d-modeling designing system, CAE finite element analysis system and the new specification check computing system of Structure Design Program (SDP) was analyzed. By classifing the model content within subsystems and between the subsystems, the management method, which managed the data of model according to the structure’s type including panel type, non-panel type and cabin type, for the assembly and non-assembly model was studied out. A copy-based model data conversion method used in the system can improve the model conversion efficiency and model reuse capability. And they also can increase the feedback speed on modeling correction and guarantee the integraty of model data. So they can shorten the modeling period of ship specification design. As a result, the core competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry has been greatly enhanced.
