通过X射线检测对双壁结构铸件内部缺陷准确定位,进而根据透照结果对超标内部缺陷进行清除和修复,是钛合金铸件生产中需解决的技术难题之一。依据X射线检测投影规律分析了缺陷的投影特点,通过双壁结构铸件互成180°透照两次的结果,进行测量、比较内部缺陷到典型结构的距离大小,得出了缺陷的分布位置,进而在该底片上测量缺陷到第二典型结构特征的距离。结果表明,借助二维影像对双壁结构铸件进行缺陷定位,总结了内部缺陷两点定位法,并结合模拟缺陷验证了定位方法的有效性。该方法可操作性强,在某双壁结构铸件内部缺陷定位和清除中得到应用,提高了缺陷检测准确性。 |

It is one of the technical problems to accurately locate internal defects of double-wall structure castings by X-ray detection, and then remove and repair the internal defects according to the result of transmission. This paper, based on projection rules of X-ray radiography, analyzed the projection results of internal defects. Two shots on the double-wall parts on opposite were taken to measure and compare the distance from internal defects to typical structure. The defect distribution was obtained and the distance from the defect to the second typical structure was measured on the negative film. Defects in the double-wall structure casting could be located through two-dimensional image. The two-point defect locating method was summarized. The validity of the locating method was verified in combination with simulation. This method is easy operable and has been applied to locate and remove the defects in a double-wall structure casting effectively. |
