      目的 通过比较民航飞机及发动机主要客户对航空用ZTC4钛合金铸件的首件工业化认证和批产周期性剖切的技术要求,提出对首件检测项目、周期剖切频率的建议。方法 总结了ZTC4钛合金化学成分、力学性能、显微金相剖切取样检测方法,并分析了部分铸件剖切测试结果及技术指标合理性。结果 化学成分附铸与铸件剖切测试结果接近,铸件不同取样位置成分均匀一致。力学性能从铸件本体剖切测试更具有代表性,剖切取样的位置及加工试样规格都对力学性能结果有较大影响。结论 应根据航空发动机钛合金铸件的应用及结构特点,制定明确的首件验证及周期剖切方法。化学成分、室温拉伸、沾污层、晶粒度、显微疏松等金相检查即能满足大部分铸件的剖切控制要求。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to put forward some suggestions on the first article inspection (FAI) items and the periodic cut-up frequency by comparing technical requirements of the first article industrialization certification and periodic cut-up in mass production of ZTC4 titanium alloy castings for aviation with the main customers of civil aircraft and engines. Chemical compositions, mechanical properties and microscopic metallographic dissection method of ZTC4 titanium alloy were summarized, and the partial test results of castings and the rationality of technical parameters were analyzed. The test results of chemical components between attached specimens and cut-up casting were close. The components of different sampling positions were uniform. The mechanical properties were more representative when cut-up from the casting body. Location of sample and specifications of the specimen had great influences on mechanical properties. According to application and structural characteristics of aero-engine titanium alloy castings, a clear FAI certification and periodic cut-up method could be made. The test for chemical composition, room temperature tensile, and contamination layer, grain size, micro-porosity, etc metallographic examination can meet cutting control requirements of most castings.
