      目的 解决熔接痕疵病问题,降低废品率,提高生产效率。方法 通过熔接痕疵病成型机理及原因分析,采取在注塑模具上增加排气装置、改进分流道分布、增加冷却水道组数等工艺改进措施,改进后进一步优化注塑工艺参数。结果 工艺改进后,熔接痕疵病问题得以解决,产品质量提高,经过自由跌落工艺试验验证,工艺改进后加工的产品满足GJB 4403—2003和产品图样的相关要求,废品率由3%降低到0.78%以下,生产效率提高23%。结论 改进效果明显,解决了熔接痕疵病问题,提高了产品的外观质量,降低了废品率,保证了产品的使用性能,缩短了生产周期,也为今后生产提供了技术保障。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to solve weld defects, reduce scrap rate and improve production efficiency. Through the method of welding defect forming mechanism and reason analysis of mark, process improvement measures such as adding exhaust device on the injection mold, improving distribution of shunt and increasing the number of cooling water group were taken to further optimize process parameters of injection mold. After process improvement, the weld flaw was solved and the product quality was improved. According to verification of the free drop test, product processed after process improvement met relevant requirements of GJB 4403—2003 and product drawings. The scrap rate was decreased from 3% to below 0.78%. The production efficiency was increased by 23%. The improvement effect is obvious. It solves weld defects, improves appearance quality of product, reduces scrap rate, ensures performance of products, shortens the production cycle, and also provides technical support for future produc-tion.
