      目的 研究双滚轮滚压包边工艺在1100铝合金包边成形中应用的可行性。方法 结合有限元模拟和L16(45)的正交模拟试验,研究1100铝合金双滚轮滚压包边过程中翻边高度、TCP-RTP距离、滚轮半径、圆角大小及滚压速度等因素对包边成形情况的影响规律,以及各因素对波浪起皱量及伸缩量的影响趋势,分析缺陷产生机理。结果 各工艺参数对波浪起皱量和伸缩量的影响显著性排序分别为:翻边高度>TCP-RTP值>滚轮半径>圆角半径>滚压速度;圆角半径>滚压速度>翻边高度>滚轮半径>TCP-RTP值。双滚轮滚压包边中使1100铝合金板材产生波浪起皱和伸缩量的临界应力分别为30和20 MPa。结论 根据正交试验结果选取最优参数组合进行模拟和实验,结果表明实验结果波浪起皱系数与伸缩系数分别为4.20%和4.98%,成形质量较高,证明了双滚轮滚压包边的工艺合理性。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to study the feasibility of applying double-roller rolling hemming and embossing process in hemming and shaping of 1100 aluminum alloy. Finite element simulation and orthogonal test of L16(45) were combined to research the effects of flanging height, TCP-RTP distance, roller radius, fillet size and rolling speed on forming of edge and the impact trend of each factor on corrugation and expansion amount of wave, so as to analyze the mechanism of defect. Significant ranking of the influence of process parameters on corrugation wave amount and the expansion amount of wave were respectively as follows: flanging height>TCP-RTP value >roller radius>fillet size>rolling speed; fillet size>rolling speed>flanging height>roller radius>TCP-RTP value. The critical values of corrugation wave amount and expansion amount of 1100 aluminum alloy sheet in the rolling hemming were 30 MPa and 20 MPa. According to results of orthogonal experiment, the optimal parameters were selected to simulate and experiment. The results show that the corrugation wave coefficient and the expansion coefficient are 4.20% and 4.98% respectively. The forming quality is pretty high. The feasibility of the double-roller rolling hemming is proved.
