In order to study the dynamic constitutive relationship of CSP DP780, establish a constitutive model to accurately describe the strain rate sensitivity of material, the Zwick dynamic tensile tester and high speed camera strain measurement system were used to do tensile test at different strain rates , 0.001, 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100, 500 s−1. The material had sensitivity of strain rate, that is, the strength increased with the strain rate. According to fit of test results based on Johnson-Cook, Zerilli-Armstrong and Khan-Huang models, the goodness of fit were 0.9736, 0.9765 and 0.8926 respectively, and the goodness of fit of the modified Khan-Huang model was 0.9827. JC and ZA models can describe the constitutive relation of the material accurately, while the KH model needs to be modified to describe the constitutive relation of the material at high strain rate accurately. |
