      目的 提高热冲模具的使用寿命,降低能源消耗,提高生产效率。方法 对热冲模具使用寿命的影响因素进行分析,采取表面复合渗技术进行工艺改进,并进行工艺试验。结果 热冲模具的使用寿命由原来的每件150发提高到600发以上。结论 提高了生产效率,降低了能源、工时消耗,减轻了工人更换热冲模具的劳动强度。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to improve the service life of hot stamping die, reduce energy consumption and improve production efficiency. Through analysis of factors influencing the service life of hot stamping die, the composite surface infiltration technology was adopted for process improvement and test. The service life of hot stamping die was increased from 150 pieces / pieces to 600 pieces per piece. The production efficiency is improved; the energy consumption and working hours are reduced; and the labor intensity of workers replacing hot stamping dies is reduced.
