      钛合金具有密度低、强度高、抗蚀性好等优点,但其冷加工困难,而超声振动塑性成形技术能够降低成形力,减少摩擦,提高零件表面质量,改善材料的成形性能。简述了超声振动塑性成形的技术原理、成形机理及其应用;介绍了钛合金的塑性成形特点与钛合金超声振动塑性成形的研究现状;总结了目前钛合金超声成形技术中存在的问题。现有研究表明,钛合金超声塑性成形技术具有很广阔的应用前景,是钛合金塑性成形技术中极具先进性与挑战性的研究重点。
英文摘要:
      Titanium alloy has advantages of low density, high strength, good corrosion resistance, etc. However, the cold working performance of titanium alloy is low, and ultrasonic vibration assisted plastic forming technology can reduce the forming force and friction, improve the surface quality of parts and the material formability. In this paper, the technical principles, forming mechanisms and the applications of ultrasonic vibration assisted forming technologies were summarized briefly. The plastic forming characteristics of titanium alloy and the research status of ultrasonic vibration assisted plastic forming technology used for titanium alloy were introduced. The problems of titanium alloy ultrasonic forming technology were summarized. The work in literature shows that the ultrasonic forming technology of titanium alloy has very wide application prospect. It is the advanced and challenging research focus in the domain of titanium alloy forming technology.
