      目的 解决弹药装配常见疵病,保证产品质量,提高生产效率。方法 通过人、机、料、法、环等多方面原因分析,查找问题产生的原因,进行设备调试、工艺调整等方法攻克技术难关,解决生产实际问题。结果 能够解决生产中出现的常见疵病问题,保证生产顺利进行。结论 虽然提高了产品质量,但是生产效率依然很低。基于弹药装配作业是一种具有极高危险性的特有作业方式,从长远考虑,希望能建立一条自动弹药装配生产线,不仅能减少人为因素造成的疵病发生概率,而且会提高安全度和生产效率,大大降低工人的劳动强度。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to solve common defects in ammunition assembly, to ensure product quality and improve production efficiency. Human, machine, material, method, ring, etc. were analyzed to find out the cause of problems. Methods such as equipment debugging, process adjustment, etc. were adopted to overcome technical difficulties and solve actual problems existing in production. Common defects in production could be solved to guarantee smooth production. Although the product quality is improved, the production efficiency is still low. Ammunition assembly is a kind of specific operation mode of high risks. From the long-term consideration, an automatic ammunition assembly production line is expected to be established, which can not only reduce the fault probability for human factors, but also improve the safety and efficiency of production and greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers.
