轻质高强材料钛合金因其室温难变形的特性,在一定程度上影响了其应用,电流辅助作用对材料变形具有增塑效应,故采用电流辅助作用成形钛合金有一定的研究意义。对电流辅助难变形钛合金成形进行了综合评述,梳理了钛合金变形电流辅助机理的研究现状,对电流辅助在钛合金塑性成形工艺的运用进行了归纳,最后对电流辅助钛合金成形进行了展望,为电流辅助在钛合金成形工艺中的进一步应用提供参考。 |

The application of titanium alloy with light strength and high strength material is affected to some extent due to its difficult deformation characteristics at room temperature, while the current auxiliary can improve materials' plasticity. Therefore, it is important to study the titanium alloy forming assisted by current. In this paper, a comprehensive review of the titanium alloy forming assisted by electricity is carried out. The research status of the deformation mechanism of titanium alloy assisted by electricity is summarized. Moreover, the application of the plastic forming process of titanium alloy assisted by current is reviewed. Finally, the current-assisted titanium alloy forming is prospected. The overview will be the reference for the further application of the current assistance in the titanium alloy forming process. |
