| 为了研究超声波测量技术中残余轴力测量方法，基于螺栓轴力超声波飞行时间特性曲线，提出一种无需拆卸螺栓的特性曲线法，并与目前实验室常用的将螺栓拆卸后测量残余变形的拆卸法进行了实验比较。特性曲线法能够很好地应用于螺栓残余轴力监测，其测量精度与拆卸法相当，较真实残余轴力值偏小。 |

| In order to analyze the test methods for residual bolt tension by using ultrasonic technique, a Property Curve Method based on the bolt tension and ultrasonic flight time curve is introduced. Tests are conducted to compare the results of Property Curve Method with that of Disassembling Method, which is usually used in laboratory. According to experimental results, Property Curve Method can be used in vary situations and has reasonable accuracy with Disassembling Method. |
