目的 对汽车门框上条角焊进行质量研究,得到最优的工艺参数。方法 通过对门框上条角焊过程工艺参数进行分析,设计了三因素四水平的16组正交试验方案;提出了焊缝尺寸数据获取的方法,获得焊接试验余高和熔深数据。利用Matlab建立了焊缝余高和熔深的BP神经网络预测模型,结合响应面优化算法实现工艺参数的优化。结果 得到了焊接最优工艺参数,焊接效果满足汽车门框上条的要求。结论 通过质量研究及工艺参数优化,得到了焊接工艺参数对焊接质量的影响规律及最优工艺参数,为汽车门框上条角焊质量提高和工艺优化提供了理论基础。 |

To research on the quality during fillet welding of the upper strip used for automobile door frame and obtain optimum welding parameters. 16 sets of orthogonal test scheme with three factors and four levels were designed through the analysis of process parameters during fillet welding of the upper strip used for automobile door frame; the method of obtaining welding seam size was proposed, and the residual height and penetration depth of the welding seam were obtained. The BP neural network prediction system of weld height and penetration depth was established by software, Matlab and the optimum welding parameters were obtained by the response surface optimization algorithm. The welding results meet with the requirements of the upper strip used for automobile door frame. The influence of welding parameters on the welding quality and the optimal process parameters can be obtained by the quality research and process parameter optimization, which provides a theoretical basis for the improvement of the quality and the optimization of welding process of the upper strip used for automobile door frame. |
