      目的 研究稀土改性固化剂对磷酸盐自硬砂性能的影响。方法 采用稀土对氧化镁固化剂进行改性,制备稀土改性复合固化剂,并将其应用于磷酸盐自硬砂。结果 稀土改性复合固化剂对磷酸盐自硬砂抗吸湿性有积极的影响,能够有效提高自硬砂的抗吸湿性。结论 稀土改性复合固化剂能够有效地提高磷酸盐自硬砂的抗拉强度和存放稳定性,抗吸湿性能良好。
英文摘要:
      The paper aims to research influences of rare earth modified curing agent on properties of phosphate self-hardening sand. Modified composite curing agent was prepared by modifying magnesium oxide hardener with rare earth and was applied to phosphate self-hardening sand. Rare earth modified composite curing agent had positive influences on anti-moisture absorption of phosphate self-hardening sand and could improve anti-moisture absorption of self-hardening sand effectively. Rare earth modified composite curing agent can improve the tensile strength and storage stability of phosphate self-hardening sand and has good performance in moisture absorption.
