      目的 探讨改性磷酸盐无机粘结剂在铸造生产中的性能。 方法 采用改性磷酸盐无机粘结剂配制自硬砂,分别测试自硬砂的抗拉强度、存放稳定性、可使用时间、发气性、溃散性等性能,并与水玻璃、呋喃树脂等传统粘结剂性能进行比较。 结果 通过生产实验验证,发现改性磷酸盐无机粘结剂能用于铸铁、铸钢及低熔点合金的铸造,其用于代替水玻璃应用于高温金属铸造, 及代替有机树脂应用于有色合金铸造时,完全可克服砂型溃散性差的问题。 结论 改性磷酸盐无机粘结剂自硬砂性能优越。
英文摘要:
      The work aims to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of modified phosphate inorganic binder in foundry production performance. Self-hardening sand was prepared with modified phosphate inorganic binder. Tensile strength, storage stability, bench life, gas-forming property and shakeout property were tested respectively and compared with those of traditional adhesives like sodium silicate and furan resins. Production experiment showed that the modified phosphate inorganic binder could be used for casting of iron, steel and low melting-point alloy. It replaced sodium silicate in high temperature metal casting and substituted organic resin in nonferrous alloy casting. It could completely overcome the problem of poor shakeout of sand mold. In conclusion, the self-hardening sand made with modified phosphate inorganic binder has superior performance.
