      主要研究先进充液成形工艺及其数控装备在冲压生产线中的技术应用。着重探究了板材充液成形工艺,并以汽车铝合金覆盖件为研究对象,进行了充液成形数值模拟。基于充液成形工艺,研制了高端数控充液成形双动液压机,所研制的液压机具有高精度和高刚度的特点,其配备完整、独立运行、可靠性高的液压系统。采用了电-液数字化联合控制,完成对包括模具系统在内的整个工艺设备系统集中控制,真正实现了机电液及模具工艺一体化集成。天锻压力机有限公司充液成形项目团队,研制开发了以其为中心装备的管板复合式充液成形自动化生产线,同时,基于此生产线对汽车铝合金发盖内板进行了试验验证。该成套生产线的投入使用代表我国具有自主知识产权的先进充液成形生产线迈入国际先进行列。
英文摘要:
      This paper studied the application of the advanced technology of hydroforming technology and CNC equipment in stamping auto line. In order to study covering parts of automobile aluminum alloy, sheet hydroforming process was studied and numerical simulation of the hyfroforming process was carried out. In addition, the advanced CNC double acting hydraulic press was developed based on sheet hydroforming process. The developed hydraulic press had the characteristics of high precision and high rigidity and equipped with complete, independent operation and high reliability hydraulic system. Besides, the electro-hydraulic digital control method achieved the central control of the whole process equipment system including mould systems which really realize Mechatronics and hydraulics integration. The hydroforming project team of Tianjin Tianduan press Co., Ltd. researched the multiplex tube and sheet hydroforming auto line as the core equipment. Based on this production line, automobile aluminum alloy cover plate was manufactured for experimental validation. Putting the whole set of production line into use represents the advanced hydroforming production line with independent intellectual property rights in our country has entered the international advanced ranks.
