| 在分析四通管接头凹模造型结构和加工技术要求的基础上，针对高要求的尺寸精度和表面光洁度的加工难点问题， 提出了不同的解决方案，最终经过对比分析验证， 提出了采用曲面投影融接加工的方案。实践证明，采用该方案取得了良好的经济效益，为其他同类零件的加工提供了参考。 |

| By analyzing the structure of complex die for four-way pipe joint and machine technical requirements, different solutions were proposed according to the requirements of high precision and machining difficulties of the surface smoothness. Also, by final comparative analysis and verification, the proposal of adopting curved-surface projection for welding machining was put forward. It’s been proved that the measure has achieved excellent economic benefits, and has provided references for machining similar spare parts. |
