| 随着社会需求的增多以及国家对钢材质量要求的提高， 冷弯型钢设备加工精度的技术也要得到较大的提升。通过对国内外冷弯型钢生产技术的发展的分析与展望， 从产品的应用、 设备的改造、 吸收先进技术等方面， 提出了提高冷弯型钢加工精度的技术研究的几种思路， 指出在提高冷弯型钢设备加工精度技术的过程中， 应建立全新的技术体系， 优化技术应用方案。 |

| With the increased social demand and the upgraded national requirements on steel，the precision technologies of cold roll forming equipment also need to be improved. Through the analysis and prospecting of the domestic and foreign development of cold-formed steel production technology， from the aspects of the application of the product， the transformation of the equipment， and absorption of advanced technology， the paper put forward several ideas for improving the accuracy of cold-formed steel processing technology research.At the same time， in the process of improving the processing precision of the cold roll forming steel equipment， we should also establish a brand new technology system and optimize the technology application scheme. |
