目的 快速且成功制得符合要求的重型商用车前轴锻件。方法 针对某重型商用车前轴进行精密辊段-整体模锻成形工艺改进和模具设计, 并对其进行有限元模拟。结果 对前轴精密辊锻设计方法进行了改进, 有效地克服了当前前轴精密辊锻-整体模锻成形工艺开发难度大、 周期长、成本高的难题, 并采用有限元数值模拟与物理实验相结合的方法验证了改进方法的可行性。结论通过采用分段式设计方法, 可减少试模次数, 高效地生产出质量合格的锻件, 从而为实际生产提供科学指导。 |

The aim of the work was to successfully obtain qualified products in the lest times of experiment. The heavy commercial vehicle axle forming process and die was designed, and then the finite element simulation was carried out.According to the difficult problem of long product development cycle and large cost of precision roll forging-die forging, the study improved the roll forging method. Combined FEM and physical experiment, verified the feasibility of block design. By adopting sectional design method, the test times could be significantly reduced and quickly produced qualified products, finally could provide guidance to the actual production. |
