      目的 提高内燃机连杆粉末锻造过程中连杆相对密度的均匀性。方法 首先提出了内燃机连杆烧结预制坯的设计方法, 建立了内燃机连杆粉末锻造有限元模型。在该模型的基础上, 揭示了内燃机连杆粉末锻造过程中的相对密度演化规律, 进一步分析了烧结预制坯初始温度和成形速度对连杆相对密度演化的影响规律。结果 随着成形速度的增大和坯料初始温度的降低, 连杆相对密度标准差有所降低。结论 降低烧结预制坯初始温度和增大成形速度能够提高连杆粉末锻造过程中连杆相对密度分布的均匀性。
英文摘要:
      This study aimed to investigate the evolution laws of relative density of connecting rod forged by powder forging process. Firstly,the design method of preformed forge was proposed, and the evolution of relative density was analyzed using the FE simulation method. Then,the influences of initial temperature of the preformed forge and the forging speed on the relative density distribution were revealed. The results showed that, with increasing forging speed and decreasing initial temperature of the preformed forge, the relative density of connecting rod decreased. Therefore,the density homogeneity of connecting rod could be improved by decreasing the initial temperature of the preformed forge and increasing the forging speed.
