Tube component leakage and flaring crack often appear in the manufacturing process. In order to solve such problems, in this paper, the flaring process of stainless steel tube was studied. Through the pipe wall thickness calculation, the calculation of the force of flaring and the analysis of the flaring stress theory, this paper provided theoretical basis for flaring tube component technology. These theories in this paper effectively avoided the air leakage of pipe components in the pressure experiment and the flaring crack of parts, the final conclusion showed that stainless steel pipe supply condition and flat nozzle mouth corner r had a great influence on the forming of pipe components. |
