      目的 分析使用单辊甩带法不同喷嘴尺寸对7A09快速凝固合金结晶能力及晶粒尺寸的影响。方法 利用单辊甩带技术制备了不同喷嘴尺寸的7A09快速凝固合金薄带, 并利用金相显微镜、 X射线衍射 (XRD) 和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 等手段, 对快凝合金薄带的急冷态组织、 显微结构等进行了分析。结果 X 射线衍射主峰的附近有弥散的衍射峰出现, 推断有类似非晶的物质产生。结论 通过减小喷嘴尺寸, 结晶能力下降, 可得到更小晶粒尺寸的7A09合金薄带。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of different nozzle sizes on the crystallization and the grain size of 7A09 rapid solidification alloy by melt spinning method. The rapidly solidified ribbons of the 7A09 alloys were produced by melt spinning. The as-quenched microstructures of each rapidly solidified alloy ribbon were investigated by using metallographic microscope, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM), etc. A diffraction peak appeared near the X-ray diffraction peak, concluding that substances like amorphous appeared. By reducing the nozzle size, the crystallization ability of the 7A09 alloy can be reduced,thus the grain size of the 7A09 alloy is smaller.
