目的 对双层焊管用薄钢带的分条环节进行研究。方法 选取不同硬度薄钢带进行了不同刀口间隙下的分条, 然后将这些分条钢带制管, 并对比了不同的分条截面差异及这些差异对制管的卷管、 钎焊环节的影响。结果 发现材料硬度与刀口间隙存在最佳匹配, 此时获得分条截面由剪切带和撕裂带组成, 这种截面质量窄带制管正常; 若硬度与刀口间隙不匹配, 截面上剪切带和撕裂带之间出现一段突起的 “过渡带” 区域, 这种截面质量容易导致焊管钎焊不足, 出现 “虚焊” 缺陷。结论 揭示了双层焊管用薄钢带的分条截面质量的控制方法及分条对制管质量的影响规律。 |

The section quality of the slitted strips applied for double-coil welded tubes was researched in this paper. The thin steel strips with different hardnesses were precise slitted under different blade gaps and then finished welded tubes. The differences of the slitted section and the effects on tubes were recorded. It was found that the section of slitted strip is consisted of shear and tear zone only with a fixed hardness of the steel and slitted gap, which product a regular tube. However, there was another zone exsited with the mismatched hardness and blade gap, which easily lead to empty soldering on the tubes. Finally,the control method of the slitting process and the effect on tubes were worked out. |
