目的 研究变形参数对 TC21 钛合金片层组织球化行为的影响。方法 在应变速率范围为10-3~10 s-1和变形温度范围为760~920 ℃内, 对片层组织TC21钛合金进行了最大应变为0.91的等温恒应变速率压缩实验, 通过微观组织观察研究了应变速率、 温度和应变等变形参数对片层组织球化行为的影响。结果 变形参数对片层组织的球化有较大影响。结论 随着应变的增加, α相的球化率增加且球化α相的尺寸逐渐减小; 应变速率对球化α相的尺寸影响不大, 但应变速率越低,α相的球化率越高; 温度升高, α相的球化率和球化α相的尺寸增大。 |

Study on Effect of deformation parameters on globularization behavior of titanium alloy TC21 with lamellar microstructure.Isothermal constant strain rate compression tests of titanium alloy TC21 with lamellar microstructure were carried out in the strain rate range of 10-3~10 s-1 and temperature range of 760~920 ℃ up to the maximum strain of 0.91. The effect of strain rate, temperature and strain on globularization behavior of lamellar microstructure was studied by microstructure observation.Deformation parameters have great influence on the globularization of lamellar microstructure.With increasing strain, the proportion of alpha phase globularized increases and the size of alpha phase globularized decreases. Strain rate has little effect on the size of alpha phase globularized, but the proportion of alpha phase globularized increases with decreasing strain rate.With increasing temperature, the proportion of alpha phase globularized and its size increase. |
