      目的 身管弹膛是由5个相连的锥体组成的, 其加工质量和精度是身管内膛径向精密锻造的难点, 需要研究弹膛成形的必要条件和锤头形状、 工艺参数和弹膛形状之间的匹配关系。方法 用弹膛成形时的几何分析方法, 从锻造比和压下量两个方面探讨了弹膛成形的必要条件, 得出了弹膛形状和锤头形状、 工艺参数之间的匹配关系。以此为基础, 设计了某一型号身管的工艺参数, 并以此进行了实际线弹膛一体化锻打。结果 锤头抬锤位置、 锻造段锻造比以及锤头的结构参数, 对弹膛成形影响较大。结论 用文中推导的成形条件和设计的工艺参数, 成功地锻造出了合格的弹膛。
英文摘要:
      The chamber of barrel is composed of five cones which are interconnected. The processing quality and precision of barrel are difficult to guarantee in the radial precise forging of barrel.In order to study the matching relationships between the necessary conditions of chamber forming and the hammer shape, and the process parameters and the chamber shape. A geometric analysis method is used for chamber forming. The necessary condition of chamber forming is discussed from two aspects of strain, forging ratio and reduction, and the matching relationship among chamber shape, hammer shape and process parameters is obtained.The process parameters of a gun barrel are designed, thus making a actual forging of the cartridge chamber and rifle. The effects of lift position of hammer, forging ratio of forging stage and hammer′s structural parameters have greater impact on chamber forming. A qualified chamber was forged by the forming conditions and design parameters which derived in this paper.
