      目的 某锥形薄壁零件服役条件恶劣, 对其性能要求较高。针对其成形, 设计用热挤压的方法代替传统工艺, 提高零件使用性能和生产效率。方法 基于Deform-3D软件平台, 对挤压过程进行了数值模拟, 对不同方案的上模载荷-行程曲线和坯料等效应变分布进行了分析比较。结果 结果表明方案1成形效果更优。结论 最终经实验试制证明了方案切实可行, 为实际生产提供了理论指导。
英文摘要:
      The property requirements of a cone component with thin wall and centrosymmetric structure are high because of poor working conditions. In order to improve usability and production efficiency, extrusion was designed to replace traditional forming process. The extrusion programs were simulated based on the Deform-3D software. Load-stroke curves of the top die and Effective strain distribution of the blank for two schemes were analyzed and compared. The conclusion is that the scheme 1 is better. At last, the extrusion program is feasible to form cone component by practicable production. The results provided theoretical guidance for practical production.
