      The 3D numerical simulation process of blade precision forging and the feature of both solid formulation and flow formulation has been introduced. The 3D numerical simulation technology state of technological parameter and microstructural evolution of blade precision forging process in recent years has been summarized. The trend of this technology has been proposed based on the overview.
