      金属在塑性变形作用下的冶金连接是高性能轻量化构件精密成形制造的关键技术。 在介绍轧制连接、挤压连接、扩散连接、压力连接、摩擦焊接等连接特点及应用的基础上,阐述了国内外在金属塑性变形连接接头的微观组织演化、缺陷表征、力学性能等方面的研究进展,分析了塑性变形作用下冶金接头的形成机制,并对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
英文摘要:
      Bonding by plastic deformation is a key technology to manufacture lightweight components with high performance. The characteristic and application of main bonding methods were introduced, including roll bonding, extrusion bonding, diffusion bonding, press bonding and friction welding. The research progress on the microstructure evolution, mechanical property and defects characterization of bonds by plastic deformation was summarized. The formation mechanisms of metallurgical bonds by plastic deformation were summarized. On this basis, the outlook of the further research and development on this technology was given.
