      目的 研究搅拌摩擦加工工艺在材料组织性能方面的改进作用。 方法 采用搅拌摩擦加工对 7A60 铝合金在不同参数下进行了实验研究,并通过测试手段研究了加工后材料的组织与性能。结果 通过对比实验前后材料组织及性能,达到了材料改性的目的。 结论 搅拌摩擦加工作为一种大塑性变形工艺,在未来有更加广泛的应用空间。
英文摘要:
      The aim of this study was to analyze the improving effect of friction stir processing on the structure property of materials. Experiments were conducted with 7A60 series aluminum alloys using friction stir processing under different experimental parameters, and the microstructure and properties of the materials after processing were studied using test methods. Through the comparison of material microstructure and properties before and after the experiment, the purpose of material modification was reached. In conclusion, as a large plastic deformation process, FSP has a more extensive application potential in the future.
