According to the development needs of high-precision forming of high-performance nanomaterials, the paper introduced the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnetron sputtering nanomaterials, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of superplastic forming of nanomaterials, described the promotion effect of high-power ultrasonic vibration on superplastic forming. Besides, the paper summarized the development status and the latest research progress of ultrasound-assisted plastic forming in China and foreign countries, and proposed the development trend of ultrasonic vibration assisted superplastic forming. |
