      目的 将热浸镀工艺应用于钎料制造领域。方法摇在BCu68Zn 钎料表面热浸镀锡,探讨工艺参数对镀锡层和钎料力学性能的影响。结果 BCu68Zn 钎料镀层随浸镀时间的延长逐渐变厚,随浸镀温度的升高逐渐变薄,随提升速度的增加逐渐变厚;BCu68Zn 钎料界面层随浸镀时间的延长逐渐变厚,随浸镀温度的升高逐渐变厚;热浸镀锡后的BCu68Zn 钎料的抗拉强度和延伸率随浸镀时间的延长有一个降低寅升高寅降低的趋势,随温度的升高这种趋势变得更为明显。结论准1. 80 的BCu68Zn 钎料最佳助镀工艺是助镀剂为ZnCl2(120 ~160 g/ L)、NH4Cl (120 ~160 g/ L)的水溶液,助镀温度为70 ~80 ℃,助镀时间为5 min。
英文摘要:
      To apply hot dipping process in the manufacturing field of brazing filler metal. Hot dip tinning was applied on the surface of BCu68Zn brazing filler metal. The influence of process parameters on the tin coating and mechanical properties of BCu68Zn brazing filler metal was discussed. The coating became thicker with the prolongation of immersion time or the increase of the lifting speed, and became thinner with the increase of temperature. The interface layer of BCu68Zn brazing filler metal became thicker with the prolongation of immersion time or the increase of temperature. The tensile strength and elongation of BCu68Zn brazing filler metal showed a decreasing, increasing and decreasing tendency with the prolongation of immersion time after hot dip tinning. This trend became more obvious with the increase of temperature. The results showed that the best condition for plating process was 120 ~160 g/ L of ZnCl2 and 120 ~160 g/ L of NH4 Cl at 70 ~80 ℃ for 5 min.
