      目 的 研究等速万向节星形套的精密成形方法, 提高其材料利 用 率。 方法 基于对冷态闭塞式精锻工艺的理论研究, 根据星形套的零件结构, 选择确 定了 其工艺流程, 并利 用 有限元分析软件对其进行了 一次性冷精锻成形的数值模拟。 结果 通过有限元分析, 得到 了 成形过程中 的 应力应变分布、材料流动趋势及载荷变化情况等。 结论 根据工艺分析及模拟结果, 进行了 相关试验,并得到了 满足尺寸要求的精锻件, 提高了 生产 效率和材料利 用 率, 对实际生产 具有一定的 指导作用 。
英文摘要:
      Objective To research the netshape forming method of the starlike inner race, and to improve the material utilization. Methods Based on the study on cold closed die forging technology theory, according to the special structure of starlike inner race, the forming method was determined, and the forming process was simulated using the finite element analysis software. Results Through finite element analysis, the distribution of effective stress and strain, the flow tendency and load change of the material in the forming process were obtained. Conclusion The experiment was conducted according to the simulated result, the product was obtained with size meeting the requirement, the production efficiency and material utilization were improved, which can provide effective guidance for production.
