目 的 坯料的误差是影响冷拔成形精度的 随机误差, 研究在实际冷拔生产中 坯料误差影响的控制方法。 方法 以冷拔 45 钢的传动轴为例, 利 用 ANSYS 对冷拔过程进行模拟仿真, 分析坯料直径误差对冷拔成形精度的影响。 结果 即使在优化的 冷拔预处理工艺 和优化的 模具结构参数等条件下, 坯料的 误差对冷拔精度影响较大, 难以 达到 IT7 以 上的 冷拔精度。 结论 针对这一问题, 提出 了 使用 可变径模具来控制冷拔成形尺寸, 通过模拟分析比较, 证明 了 调节冷拔模具的 直径可以控制冷拔成形尺寸, 从而提高冷拔成形精度。 |

Objective Blank error is the random error which affects cold drawn precision, the aim of this study was to research the control method of the effect of blank errors in the practical cold drawing production. Methods Using the cold drawing transmission shaft of 45 steel as an example, ANSYS was used to simulate the process of cold drawn, and the impact of the blank diameter error on cold drawing precision was analyzed. Results The results showed even in the condition that the pretreatment and the mold structure parameters were optimized, the blank error had a great effect on the cold drawing precision, which was difficult to reach IT7. Conclusion Targeting at this problem, it was put forward to control the cold drawing precision using variable-diameter mould. Through simulation, analysis and comparison, it was proven that regulation of mold diameter could control the forming dimension of cold drawing, and consequently improve the cold drawing precision. |
