The crack cause of 7A04 aluminum alloy thin-walled housing bearing high impact load is found out through analysis, the principle that the manufacturing technology of the part should match with its use purpose and the view that metal flow line should be perpendicular to the impact load direction are put forward. The ability of the aluminum alloy part to bear impact is improved significantly under the premise that the structure of the part doesn't change. |
