The characteristics and function mechanism of no-clean flux were discussed, determinants of activity, fluxing capacity and limit were analysed by principles of physical chemistry. The results show that weldability of no-clean flux mainly depends on the chosen active agents, and no-clean flux mainly adopts the combined surfactant to increase its activity. Although the high activity of flux can significantly improve σs-f, reduce σ1-f, but can not make σs-1effectively descent. This is the fundamental reason why the flux activity is difficult to thoroughly play,so the flux activity is limited. |
