The effects of progressive solution treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of ZL114A aluminum alloy were investigated by tensile tests, OM, SEM, XRD. The results show that the mechanical properties of ZL114A aluminum alloys have reached at αb= 335 MPa,啄 = 5. 0% after the progressive solution treatment ( 300 ℃ , 1 h + 450 ℃ , 1 h + 535 ℃ , 12 h) and aging process(175 ℃ , 6 h) , most of the eutectic Si has changed into granular ones, Mg2 Si is totally dissolved, the alloys have a good plasticity and fine grain size, the effects of solid solution are fine and phases distribution are uniform. . |
