英文摘要:
      The fracture failure reason of the casting aluminum pistons of internal combustion engines was analyzed by means of chemical composition analysis, SEM analysis and metallographic examination. The results showed that the microstructure defects and lots of Fe-phase inclusions in material were the main reasons which led to earlier failure of the workpiece.
