This paper calculates and determines the forming process of the stepped cylindrical piece of an electrical product based on the theoretical analysis of plastic forming. Then this paper implements the simulation of deep drawing process using the finite element model of multi-channel. Finally, it give the analysis with the results of simulation and experimental verification. |
