      利用有限元软件和优化软件建立了 T 型管轴压胀形的加载轨迹优化集成,完成了 T 型管轴压胀形成形的加载轨迹优化。 优化结果表明,利用集成优化后的加载轨迹获得的管成形件质量更好,即获取的成形件的支管高度更能满足要求,壁厚分布更均匀。
英文摘要:
      The loading trajectory optimization integration of T-tube axial feeding bulging was designed by means of the interface of data transmission between the finite element simulation and the algorithm of optimization. The trajectory optimization of axial feeding bulging was finished. The results indicated that the forming quality of tube after loading trajectory optimization was better. The optimized branch height was higher and the thickness distribution for T-tube was more even.
