| In this paper, the advantages of the base manufacturing with the cold extrusion-heading technology in place of machining are pointed out. The cold extrusion-heading technology is analysed, the cold extrusion-heading drawing is formulated, the blank dimensions and the cold extrusion-heading force are calculated. The preparation treatments of the blank and the structure design of the cold extrusion-heading die are introduced. |
