The compressor driving plate of automobile conditioner is formed by cold extrusion technology. The cold extrusion process was simulated by Deform-3D. And the metal flow, effective stain and rate distribution in cold extrusion were investigated. The result shows that the cold extrusion process is beneficial for the filling condition with a relative low forming load. The material utilization rate is relatively high. |
