      借助有限元分析软件 ANSYS / LS-DYNA,研究钢管三辊斜轧空心减径过程中送进角与钢管变形状况,尤其是与壁厚的关系。 试图通过分析不同送进角的条件下,轧件变形区内应力-应变分布,壁厚变化规律及轧制后毛管端面形状,确定钢管斜轧空心减径的可行性和有效性。

      With the finite element analysis software ANSYS / LS-DYNA the feed angle and steel pipe deformation in three-roll cross rolling hollow reducing process were studied, especially with the wall thickness. An attempt was made through the analysis of the rolling deformation region stress-strain distribution, wall thickness variation and the shape of the pipe blank end face under different feed angles to determine the feasibility and effectiveness of cross rolling hollow reducing process.
