根据所研究零件纵向截面变化较大的特点,设计出辊锻制坯方案来对坯料的纵向进行体积重新分配,经过体积重新分配的坯料在模锻过程中金属流动较直接模锻更为简单,从而避免了折叠等成形缺陷的产生,同时降低了模锻成形载荷和对设备的要求。 通过 Deform-3 D 对辊锻及模锻过程进行模拟并分析其载荷及速度场,得到了较好的结果。 |

The roll forging scheme is designed to distribute volume in longitudinal direction,which is calculated based on large variety of cross section in longitudinal direction. The flowing of metal which is allocated by roll forging will be more simple in die forging compared with direct die forging. This technics can avoid defects such as overlap and so on. What is more,it can reduce the load and the need for equipment. The load and velocity field are simulated and analysed by Deform-3D and better result is obtained. |
